Continuing Care

Wellness Clinic
On a daily basis, residents can have blood pressure monitored, receive injections, check height and weight, and receive assistance with medications in the Wellness Clinic. Nurses are available for routine consultations and can perform minor procedures. If a resident is ill and unable to visit our clinic, a Registered Nurse will see residents in their apartments during clinic hours.

In Home Assistance
Residents in our residential apartments enjoy another service unique to our community: our licensed Personal Assistance Services. This provides in-home assistance on an hourly basis for help with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, transferring and assistance with medications that are normally self-administered.

Recuperative Care
Nursing care is also available to independent residents on a short-term recuperative or post-operative basis. Residents may receive a 30-day free stay, per occurrence, in the Health & Wellness Center , with no annual limit on the number of stays.

Peaceful Surroundings
If you want to plant in the flower garden or just spend quiet time in one of the garden areas, The Hallmark offers you plenty of room to stretch your legs.
