The residential apartments offer one-and-two bedroom floor plans of up to 1,800 square feet. Each apartment has living and dining areas, a kitchen, and one or two bathrooms. Standard features include kitchens with full-sized stoves, microwaves, dishwashers, and refrigerators with ice makers, solid surface countertops, solid birch cabinetry with adjustable shelves, and under counter lighting. Many apartments include custom features such as crown molding, plank wood floors, plantation wood shutters and built-in bookcases.

For new residents, The Hallmark offers the assistance of a registered ASID designer who will help make moving a smooth transition. The designer helps residents develop a floor plan using their existing furniture. This assures that each resident will feel completely at home. Housekeeping, maintenance, utilities, restaurant-style dining, scheduled transportation, security, emergency response system and access to health and wellness services let residents maintain their current lifestyles and have more time to enjoy retirement.
